Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Securely
Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and installation hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier to our returns department.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned system, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
